Hope & Healing Supper Club is a 5-part, in-person wellness series designed to support adults 50+ in rebuilding emotional resilience and strengthening community connection after disruption and loss. Through guided reflection, mindfulness, music, and storytelling, participants will explore themes of grief, identity, and belonging—while learning simple, practical self-care tools to support emotional wellbeing long after the series ends.
5:00-6:00 PM Resilience, hope, & healing facilitated session with Foothill Family
6:00-7:00 PM Complimentary supper
Come as you are. Leave with community, clarity, and self-care tools you can return to—again and again.
Janessa Fong, Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with the Eaton Bloom Program at the local nonprofit Foothill Family, will lead the sessions.
Note, this grant-funded program is intended for those impacted by the Eaton Fire.
