Try Tai Chi!
The ancient Chinese exercise of Tai-Chi Chuan is beneficial for young and old alike. It is relaxing, non-strenuous, helps circulation and balance, and requires very little effort. The soft, flowing movements help people of all ages to improve their physical condition, decrease fatigue, and develop endurance. Concentration, coordination, flexibility and balance will improve over a period of time. The ability of Tai-Chi to rejuvenate the body, rather than to exhaust it, makes practicing it a valuable exercise program.
At this live, in-person, introductory presentation, everyone will use a chair for support to learn some basic moves from Instructor Peter Kwong.
Peter has been involved in martial arts for more than 45 years, and has studied under several masters, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with those who have the desire to learn and benefit from this ancient art.
