Village Legacy Society

Members of the Village Legacy Society are those who have made, or are willing to make, a plan for future gifts to Pasadena Village. Legacy gifts will sustain our nonprofit organization so we can continue to support aging-in-place older adults into the future.

A bequest in your will or trust will make a lasting impact on Pasadena Village and minimize the impact on your estate. You can add a provision to your will or trust where you designate an amount or percentage of your estate for Pasadena Village’s future. You can also name Pasadena Village as a beneficiary on your life insurance policy or retirement account (such as an IRA). Retirement Beneficiary

You can name The Pasadena Village as the beneficiary of your retirement account, such as a 401(k) or IRA, and receive a charitable deduction.

Real Property

Receive a charitable tax deduction and bypass capital gains tax with a grift of real property to The Pasadena Village. Consult with your tax advisor to determine the amount of any deduction you may be able to claim for a gift of real estate.
