This two-day in-person workshop provides a framework for anticipating challenges in your life, better preparing you to address them in a timely manner.

Using a workbook, you will evaluate your current situation and increase awareness of those areas where problems are most likely to arise.  Recognizing that each attendee has a different life situation, we will explore various options and accommodations.

The workshops are limited 10 attendees and all are expected to attend both sessions. The next session will be March 22 from 2:30-4:30 PM.
