If the event is full, there is another LACMA trip on the calendar, scheduled for July 30. 

This is a trip by Metrorail to see the new David Geffen Galleries at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). This trip is intended for Villagers who are not LACMA members since we are taking advantage of free admission which starts at 3:00PM on weekdays. If you are a LACMA member, please see the paragraph at the bottom of this write-up.

We’ll travel by Metrorail A-Line and D-Line, exiting at the Wilshire/Fairfax station which is across the street from the museum. The train trip takes approximately one hour from Pasadena. We will spend 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the galleries, then have an early dinner at a nearby restaurant or food truck. I’m still researching dining options and will post an update and let attendees know in a week or so.

I will distribute Metrorail departure times the week before the trip so that you can depart from the station that is most convenient for you.  We always travel and meet up in the first car of the train.
