This meeting is intended to be the first of a regular series of discussions regarding artificial intelligence (AI). In this meeting we hope to identify a group who is interested in a continuing discussion and to explore the question of what aspects of AI might be of particular interest, if any, and to decide how the discussions would be conducted? In some of the prior Science Monday meetings attendees would bring in articles or references that they wanted to discuss in the meeting, they would then give a short introduction to get the discussion started- this is one of the possible approaches for the AI Discussions format. We look forward to good attendance at this pilot meeting, with a variety of particular interests explored.

 

This first meeting will be on Zoom and the link will be sent when you register, subsequent meeting location will be arranged at the discretion of the participants.
